We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented
HR Business Partner (HRBP) with
2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, enhance employee engagement, and support a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters.
- Partner with business units to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support talent management initiatives including performance management, engagement, and development planning.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, including grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to identify and deliver training needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
- Assist in executing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills
- 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting using tools like Excel
- Experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, or performance management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Exposure to HRIS tools will be an added advantage.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
