We're Hiring || Manager – HRBP (Customer Service Background Mandatory)

  • Shift Details: Rotational Shifts (Majorly Night)
  • Working Culture: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
  • Attrition Management & Retention Strategies
  • Strong knowledge & practical exposure to POSH compliance
  • Driving impactful Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Managing Exit Formalities & Separation processes
  • Stakeholder management with Operations leadership
  • Ensuring policy adherence and smooth HR operations delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have prior experience in Customer Service / BPO industry
  • Proven expertise in HRBP functions
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
