- End-to-end Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
- Attrition Management & Retention Strategies
- Strong knowledge & practical exposure to POSH compliance
- Driving impactful Employee Engagement initiatives
- Managing Exit Formalities & Separation processes
- Stakeholder management with Operations leadership
- Ensuring policy adherence and smooth HR operations delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have prior experience in Customer Service / BPO industry
- Proven expertise in HRBP functions
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
