ITC Infotech is hiring for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner- Bangalore.

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and design HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, and development.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Experience Drive engagement programs, surveys, and action plans to enhance the employee experience.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities like onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, promotions, and exits.
- Address employee relations issues proactively and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Talent Management & Development Identify high-potential employees and support talent development and retention strategies.
- Partner with L&D teams to design and execute training programs aligned with business needs. Facilitate career development discussions and succession planning.
- Performance Management Drive the performance management process across the business units.
- Coach managers on goal-setting, feedback, and performance conversations. Monitor and support performance improvement initiatives.
- HR Operations & Analytics Collaborate with HR CoEs (Recruitment, Compensation, L&D) for seamless execution of HR initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) to identify trends and suggest data-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong stakeholder management and business acumen. Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting. Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change in a fast-paced IT environment.
Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 4-8 years of experience as HRBP or in core HR roles within the IT / technology industry. Experience working with engineering, product, or software delivery teams preferred.
