Job Description

Employee Engagement

Assessing the quality of engagement of diverse employee groups through surveys and interviews;

Work with the Business Heads to realign the engagement framework and drive higher collaboration and talent retention.

Fostering positive employee relations. Successful outcomes include a healthy work environment, effective conflict resolution, and proactive management of employee relations issues.

People Operations & Organization Change

Organizational Change & Communication Work with the Business during organization structure changes and manage culture shifts during growth, transitions.

Support Business in measuring success metrics and monitor change progress; Support in measuring effectiveness of change management interventions.

Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations. This includes staying updated on changes in labor laws, diversity and inclusion regulations, and other relevant compliance areas.

Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technology tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Talent Management

Responsible for talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Successful outcomes in this area include attracting top talent, developing a skilled workforce, and retaining key employees. Performance Management

Design and implement performance appraisal processes, including the establishment of evaluation criteria and performance metrics.

Provide guidance to managers on conducting effective performance reviews and delivering constructive feedback.

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:

7+ years of experience of Talent Management, Business Partnering and HR Compliances.

Skill in leading and facilitating organizational change initiatives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives clearly to employees and management.

Understand and manage one's emotions and effectively navigate interpersonal relationships. Empathy and the ability to relate to the experiences of employees.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose HR issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Proficiency in using HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
