About the Role
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring initiatives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule technical, managerial, and leadership interview rounds
- Maintain accurate candidate data, interview feedback, and hiring status using ATS/HRMS tools
- Act as the single point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Assist in campus hiring drives and recruitment events
- Support employee onboarding and induction programs
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
- Help maintain employee records and basic HR documentation
- Coordinate internal communications, announcements, and HR-related updates
