About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Associate Recruitment Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our recruitment processes, managing scheduling activities, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Handle both scheduling and non-scheduling recruitment activities, ensuring smooth operations across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Perform profile screening, coordinate interview loops, and manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct comparison and validation of candidate profiles across various recruiting tools and databases to maintain data accuracy.
- Address customer and stakeholder queries promptly, providing clear and professional communication.
- Ensure adherence to process-level Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all recruitment activities, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the candidate experience.
- Participate actively in process improvement initiatives and Lean projects to optimize recruitment workflows.
- Engage in critical processes that require deep analysis, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and proactively deliver results within stipulated timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on process-related queries, fostering a collaborative work environment.
