Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a dual position in Human Resources and Sales at Chandraprabha Realty. Responsibilities include managing key HR functions such as recruitment, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management alongside overseeing various aspects of real estate sales. The individual will be expected to engage with prospective clients, maintain excellent customer relationships, and support the team in achieving sales targets. Ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with organizational policies will be an integral part of the position as well.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Human Resources, including HR Policies and HR Management
• Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Proven experience in sales, including client relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
