Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, and exits
Understand team roles and align responsibilities with structured performance tracking
- Support leadership in building accountability and monitoring systems
Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and well-being initiatives
Introduce policies that strengthen culture and align teams with organizational values
- Coordinate invoicing, renewals, and payment follow-ups
- Develop understanding of revenue, profit, and expense structures, Generate financial trend insights and support metric tracking, Assist in structured financial reporting and compliance coordination
- Manage founders calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Introduce structured processes, documentation systems, and efficiency improvements to support scalability
