Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, and Recruitment Operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in HR and Recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to eligibility criteria
• Conduct initial screening calls and explain job opportunities to candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support the recruitment team in achieving daily and weekly hiring targets
• Maintain professional communication with candidates
• Assist with day-to-day recruitment and HR activities

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Any Graduate can apply
• MBA – HR candidates preferred
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior internship or recruitment experience will be an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Email
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Chennai candidates preferred
