Job Description

Summary

Intern will be assigned to UX lead to support key transformational workflows including digital innovation, content marketing and customer measurement. He/She will be exposed and tasked to facilitate a new centralised content process for key digital channels.

Job Description

Time will be divided between facilitating a new centralized content process for key digital channels, whilst working with cross-functional team members to evaluate and evolve key associated operations to ensure long-term viability.

  • Coordinate and evaluate key components of a new centralized content process
  • Work with Owned Channel and UX Leads to review data and source relevant materials / content from cross-functional local, regional and global teams
  • Work with external stakeholders to adapt materials into templates for channel distribution.
  • Work with local teams to manage related Medical Legal Reviews
  • Assist to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Main Learning Objectives

Understanding of daily operations in real-world business environment; incl. meetings contribution, task accountability, stakeholder management.

Pre-requisite

  • Experience in Digital marketing / communications / UX will have an added advantage.
  • If you are applying for a part-time internship, kindly note that a minimum commitment of 3 workdays per week from Jul/Aug - Nov/Dec 2026 will be required. International students will not be considered as they will only be able to commit to 16 hours per week during the school term. This is not a vacation internship.
