Job Description

  • Schedule skills and final interviews with a target of 25 interview completions per day
  • Use interview scheduling tools such as HirePro or HireVue to schedule interviews
  • Ensure interview scheduling templates are accurately followed by all stakeholders
  • Monitor end-to-end interview progress from scheduling to completion
  • Identify and highlight interview scheduling issues to recruiters or recruitment leads
  • Provide real-time suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce no-shows, cancellations, and delays
  • Coordinate with the tech team to resolve technical issues impacting interview completion
  • Report daily interview scheduling progress to recruitment leadership
