Role & Responsibilities:
Scope:
- Schedule skill and final interviews, targeting completion of 25 interviews per day.
- Use interview scheduling tools (Hirepro/Hirevue) to coordinate interviews.
- Ensure all stakeholders follow the interview scheduling template accurately.
- Monitor interview progress from scheduling to completion.
- Identify and highlight any scheduling roadblocks to recruiters and recruitment leads.
- Provide real-time suggestions to improve efficiency, focusing on reducing unscheduled interviews, cancellations, candidate no-shows, and interviewer no-shows.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any technical issues hindering interview completion.
- Report daily interview scheduling progress to recruitment leadership.
Coordination with Recruiters:
- Educate recruiters on the interview scheduling process and tool usage.
- Ensure recruiters provide accurate details as per the scheduling template.
- Collaborate with recruiters to address insufficient details, candidate no-response (CNR), and candidate no-interview (CNI) cases in real time.
Coordination with Empaneled Interviewers (EI):
- Block interviewer calendars and schedule interviews through the scheduling tools.
- Educate hiring managers on using interview scheduling platforms effectively.
- Communicate do's and don'ts to ensure effective interview completion.
- Follow up regularly with interviewers to ensure timely joining and participation.
- After interviews, prompt interviewers to submit feedback through the tool.
Coordination with Candidates:
- Block candidate calendars and schedule interviews using Hirepro/Hirevue.
- Ensure candidates complete necessary registration prior to interviews.
- Regularly follow up with candidates to minimize no-shows.
- Clearly communicate interview guidelines to candidates for smooth completion.
