Job Description

  • Deliver advisory projects in rewards, performance, OD, OE, HR transformation etc.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and client-ready presentations.
  • Manage small to mid-sized projects with timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and support in business development.
  • Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and solution design.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of post-MBA experience from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, with exposure to projects in rewards, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, competency design, organization development (OD), organization effectiveness (OE), HR transformation etc.
  • Prior experience in the HR consulting or BFSI industry, specifically in relation to these project areas, is essential
