Job Description

Deliver advisory projects in rewards, performance, OD, OE, HR transformation etc.
Analyze data to generate insights and client-ready presentations.
Manage small to mid-sized projects with timely, high-quality delivery.
Build strong client relationships and support in business development.
Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and solution design.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of post-MBA experience from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, with exposure to projects in rewards, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, competency design, organization development (OD), organization effectiveness (OE), HR transformation etc.
Prior experience in the HR consulting or BFSI industry, specifically in relation to these project areas, is essential
