Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (5–10 Years)

Locations: Kolkata / Chennai / Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with 5–10 years of relevant experience to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as:
• Core HR / Global HR
• Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Succession)
• Compensation & Payroll
• Absence Management
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
• Handle data migration using HDL, HCM Extracts
• Design and maintain reports using OTBI / BI Publisher
• Configure security roles, workflows, and approvals
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues
• Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and implement enhancements
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Talent Management
• Recruiting
• Hands-on experience with:
• Fast Formula
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• OTBI / BI Reports
• Workflow configuration
• Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
• Experience with integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Exposure to global implementations or multi-country environments
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies
