About The Role

We're looking for a HubSpot Strategist to work closely with our RevOps and GTM teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot-driven solutions for B2B clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on HubSpot experience who enjoys problem-solving, system thinking, and translating business requirements into scalable CRM and automation setups.

You'll be responsible for owning HubSpot implementations end-to-end and acting as a trusted partner to clients across Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Design and optimize pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and automations
  • Own CRM architecture, data models, and hygiene best practices
  • Configure lead routing, scoring, and attribution frameworks
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Stripe, or other GTM tools
  • Support migrations from other CRMs and marketing platforms to HubSpot
  • Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them into HubSpot solutions
  • Collaborate with internal RevOps, growth, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience across one or more hubs
  • Strong understanding of RevOps, CRM operations, and GTM workflows
  • Experience with workflows, custom properties, reporting, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or service-based clients
  • Ability to manage projects independently and handle multiple stakeholders
