Role Description

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage our HubSpot platform and support our B2B marketing and sales efforts. You will handle the day-to-day operations of HubSpot, keep our CRM data clean, run email campaigns, and help both marketing and sales teams get the most out of the platform.

What You'll Do

HubSpot Day-to-Day Management

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot portal Marketing Hub.
  • Create and update workflows, email sequences, forms, landing pages, and lists.
  • Set up and manage lead scoring rules and lifecycle stage transitions.
  • Keep CRM data clean through regular deduplication, list hygiene, and property management.

Campaign Execution

  • Build and send email campaigns including newsletters, drip sequences, and event promotions.
  • Create landing pages and forms for lead capture aligned with B2B campaigns.
  • Set up A/B tests for emails and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Support the marketing team in running inbound and ABM campaigns using HubSpot tools.

Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to track leads, email performance, pipeline, and campaign results.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports with the team highlighting key metrics and trends.

Integrations & Troubleshooting

  • Manage existing integrations between HubSpot and tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, or Google Workspace / Microsoft 365.
  • Troubleshoot sync issues and fix data mapping errors when they come up.
  • Work with third-party connectors like Zapier for simple automation needs.

Team Support

  • Train sales and marketing team members on how to use HubSpot effectively.
  • Document processes, naming conventions, and best practices for the team.
  • Stay updated on new HubSpot features and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of working experience with HubSpot in a B2B company.
  • Good understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Experience creating workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, and landing pages.
  • Comfortable managing CRM data custom properties, lists, imports, and deduplication.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing concepts like lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other tools (Salesforce, Zapier, etc.).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub or Service Hub.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page tweaks.
  • Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub or programmable automation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS, technology, or professional services company.

HubSpot Certifications (Added Advantage)

Having any of the following HubSpot certifications will be considered a plus:

  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
  • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification
  • HubSpot CRM Certification
  • HubSpot Revenue Operations Certification
