Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on HubSpot Marketing Admin to support the execution and optimization of marketing automation initiatives for global clients. This role requires strong operational expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign setup, workflow automation, data management, and reporting. The position operates in a night shift to align with US time zones and is offered on a 12-month contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Campaign & Automation Execution
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
- Manage campaign schedules and ensure timely execution aligned with marketing calendars
- Configure automation workflows, lead nurturing journeys, and lifecycle stage updates
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain data hygiene, segmentation lists, and contact properties within HubSpot
- Ensure accurate lead routing, scoring, and attribution setup
- Perform imports, deduplication, and database cleanup activities
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and campaign performance reports
- Track KPIs such as email performance, conversion rates, and funnel metrics
- Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and automation efficiency
Quality Assurance & Optimization
- Conduct QA checks across emails, landing pages, workflows, and integrations
- Troubleshoot campaign or automation issues within HubSpot
- Recommend improvements for automation logic, segmentation, and deliverability
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with marketing strategists, content teams, and client stakeholders
- Translate campaign requirements into HubSpot execution plans
- Support ongoing optimization and marketing operations initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (must-have)
- 25 years of experience in marketing automation / marketing operations
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead lifecycle, and automation workflows
- Experience with list segmentation, personalization, and campaign setup
- Familiarity with CRM concepts, lead scoring, and attribution models
- Analytical mindset with reporting and dashboard creation experience
- High attention to detail and structured execution approach
