About the Role
We're looking for a HubSpot Implementation Expert who understands the HubSpot ecosystem inside out, from CRM setup to automation, integrations, and onboarding.
You'll play a critical role in helping clients streamline their marketing, sales, and service processes using HubSpot tools.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with 12 years of solid HubSpot experience who loves problem-solving, client communication, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HubSpot implementations from strategy to execution.
- Conduct HubSpot onboarding for Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Handle CRM setup, customization, and integration with third-party tools.
- Manage data migration (from and to HubSpot) with 100% accuracy.
- Design automation workflows, lead management processes, and reporting dashboards.
- Act as a solution architect, translating client business requirements into HubSpot solutions.
- Prepare and deliver client demos, training sessions, and live walkthroughs.
- Work closely with clients to identify gaps and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project planning, execution, and performance reporting.
- Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of hands-on HubSpot platform experience (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub).
- Experience in HubSpot onboarding, setup, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot data structure, pipelines, deal stages, and integrations.
- Knowledge of migration tools and cross-platform data transfer best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and solution-design skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with client presentations and product demos (online/offline).
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to build long-term client relationships.
- Based in Bangalore and willing to work onsite (we don't encourage remote work).
