Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot CRM Expert to join our team and take ownership of our HubSpot environment. This role requires deep expertise in managing and optimizing HubSpot's CRM capabilities including campaigns, workflows, sequences, dashboards, reporting and automation processes. You will play a critical role in aligning our CRM strategy with business objectives, enhancing customer experience, and driving marketing and sales performance through effective HubSpot implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain advanced HubSpot workflows for marketing and sales automation.
  • Build and manage email sequences for lead nurturing, follow-ups and campaign support.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards and custom reports to track key KPIs across the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Ensure data integrity and effective segmentation within HubSpot to support targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other teams to align CRM usage with business goals.
  • Regularly audit HubSpot setup to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage user permissions, team settings and other system configurations within HubSpot.
  • Provide training and support to internal users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and stay current on HubSpot updates, best practices and new features.
  • Support lead scoring, lifecycle stages and CRM-integrated campaign planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM in a mid-to-large scale organization.
  • Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot automation, email marketing and lead management.
  • Proficiency in creating custom dashboards, reports and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent knowledge of data management, CRM best practices, and GDPR/Privacy compliance.
  • Experience with CRM integration (e.g. with Dialers, ZoomInfo, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, Workflow Automation) are highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations (RevOps) or CRM strategy consulting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Excel for deeper data analysis
