Role Description
This is a contract role for a HubSpot Consultant/Architect located in Gurugram. This is a fully remote role.
- Partner with clients to understand their growth goals and translate them into scalable, high-performing HubSpot solutions.
- Design and implement HubSpot systems that connect marketing, sales, and operations into a cohesive revenue engine.
- Lead on-boarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive platform adoption and long-term success.
- Continuously explore new HubSpot features and martech innovations to bring forward-thinking solutions to clients.
- Lead the architecture and configuration of HubSpot portals, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and best-practice implementation.
- Design and deploy advanced automation workflows, API-based integrations, and custom solutions to support complex marketing and sales processes.
- Act as the primary technical authority on HubSpot functionality, integrations, and extensibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and development teams to deliver seamless, results-driven implementations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM configuration, customization, and architecture
- Proficiency in digital marketing and inbound marketing strategies
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and creating workflows
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Certification in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Salary
Revenue sharing for the Jr. Partner Role and based on the availability (anywhere between 10lkh - 20lkh/year approx.)
