Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review 500+ emails daily, ensuring all messages are processed within established timelines.
- Accurately categorize and tag emails based on predefined rules and content relevance.
- Identify and escalate any urgent or high-priority emails to the relevant teams.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for email handling.
- Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks for reporting and audit purposes.
- Suggest improvements to the tagging and categorization processes to enhance efficiency.
Skills:
- Excellent English reading and comprehension skills.
- Good with following instructions, good verbal and written English and CRM experience
- Must be good with email monitoring and HubSpot or similar CRM exposure is a must too.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
