RevX is a Revenue Operations agency partnering with mid-market B2B and enterprise clients to optimize their revenue stack. HubSpot is at the core of many of our client engagements — and our HubSpot Analysts are the specialists who make it sing.
We are hiring two HubSpot Analysts to join our growing delivery team. You will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub across multiple client accounts — working alongside RevOps consultants and project managers to configure solutions that drive sales efficiency, marketing alignment, and revenue visibility.
What You'll Do
Configure and administer HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub for client accounts
Build and optimize workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stage management
Implement pipeline configurations, deal stages, and custom properties aligned to client sales processes
Design and build reports, dashboards, and attribution models to provide revenue visibility
Support CRM data migrations, deduplication, and data hygiene initiatives
Integrate HubSpot with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other GTM platforms
Translate business requirements into technical HubSpot configurations
Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and admin best practices
Provide HubSpot training and ongoing support to client users
Must-Have
3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience — HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
Proficiency across multiple HubSpot Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service)
Experience building complex workflows, automation sequences, and scoring models
Strong analytical skills — comfortable building custom reports and dashboards
Experience with CRM data management: imports, deduplication, property mapping, and list segmentation
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Strong communication skills — able to gather requirements and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
HubSpot CRM, Marketing, or Sales Hub certifications
Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, Clay, or outbound sequencing platforms
Familiarity with RevOps concepts including lead routing, MQL/SQL definitions, and funnel reporting
Exposure to B2B SaaS client environments
