Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot expert who can manage, optimize, and scale HubSpot across marketing, sales, and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands HubSpot deeply, knows how to set things up properly from the ground up, and can also fix and improve existing implementations. You will work closely with founders, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure HubSpot supports real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of HubSpot

• Build and optimize workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages

• Manage CRM structure, including pipelines, properties, and objects

• Set up and maintain lead capture, forms, and integrations

• Support marketing and sales teams with reporting and dashboards

• Ensure clean data, proper attribution, and reliable tracking

• Troubleshoot issues and improve existing HubSpot setups

• Document processes and best practices clearly

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into HubSpot solutions

• Build and manage automations and data enrichment workflows using tools like n8n and Clay

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and related tools

• Experience building workflows, automations, and reports in HubSpot

• Clear understanding of lead management, pipelines, and lifecycle stages

• Ability to audit, fix, and improve existing HubSpot implementations

• Experience working with marketing and sales teams

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

• Comfortable working in English

• Experience using n8n and Clay for automation, enrichment, or data workflows

Nice to have

• HubSpot certifications

• Experience with integrations such as Zapier, Stripe, or other tools

• Experience working in fast-moving or startup environments
