Job Description

Managing the learning and development function for sales team and channel partner's in line with business.

  • To manage the inflow of the new Joiners by ensuring adequate learning journey.
  • Responsible to train and certify the employees through Virtual/Classroom / e-Learning modules.
  • Training the participants on products of the bank (sales skills and other related skills) to perform the job.
  • Managing the throughput of the training batch and hygiene under check not limited to attendance, feedback, mock and final assessment.
  • Have visibility of training calendar and adherence to the same.
  • Ensuring the learners have 100% adherence to e-learning during the learning journey.
  • Create Training materials and development programs on operational needs.
  • Keep records of all training and perform periodic assessment of employee skills.

Area to be managed : Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
