Managing the learning and development function for sales team and channel partner's in line with business.
- To manage the inflow of the new Joiners by ensuring adequate learning journey.
- Responsible to train and certify the employees through Virtual/Classroom / e-Learning modules.
- Training the participants on products of the bank (sales skills and other related skills) to perform the job.
- Managing the throughput of the training batch and hygiene under check not limited to attendance, feedback, mock and final assessment.
- Have visibility of training calendar and adherence to the same.
- Ensuring the learners have 100% adherence to e-learning during the learning journey.
- Create Training materials and development programs on operational needs.
- Keep records of all training and perform periodic assessment of employee skills.
Area to be managed : Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
