Telecom domain is mandatory.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with Huawei network systems and architecture
  • Proven expertise in system integration across Huawei network platforms
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications network architecture (Core, Transport, RAN)
  • Experience integrating RAN solutions into existing network infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, interfaces, and integration points
  • Ability to work independently in overseas locations with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong documentation and communication capabilities
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with RAN troubleshooting and log analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Huawei certifications (HCIE, HCIP, or equivalent)
  • Experience with 4G/5G network integration projects
  • Knowledge of O-RAN architecture and principles
  • Background working with tier-1 telecommunications service providers
  • Experience with network automation and orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with compliance and security requirements in telecommunications
