Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Matrixx CCS Specialist with 4-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and maintaining Matrixx CCS systems, with a deep understanding of telecom billing processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our charging systems, collaborating with various teams to design effective solutions, and providing technical support to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Matrixx CCS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Matrixx CCS applications and infrastructure.
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Matrixx CCS system up-to-date.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Matrixx CCS functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to analyze usage and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-12 years of experience working with Matrixx CCS or similar charging and billing systems.
- Strong understanding of telecom billing processes and revenue assurance.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
