Job Description:
We are looking for a HTML developer who is motivated to use creativity and logic with the art of programming. You will be responsible to translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produce visual elements of the application.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements, user behavior, and business objectives to define experience strategy
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Convert approved designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementations
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align UX vision with technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility standards
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
- Make strategic UX decisions for both core features and new enhancements
- Apply user-centered design principles and continuously test and iterate
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and front-end technologies
- Maintain design consistency across products and platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years relevant professional work experience with Ed. Qualification: B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ Diploma.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe XD
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular – preferred)
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards
- Experience implementing animations and interactive elements (GSAP or similar is a plus)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Ability to communicate design systems and implementation logic clearly to teams
- Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments
- Passion for solving user pain points through both design and technical execution
