Description
We are seeking an experienced HT & LT Supervisor to oversee and manage our high tension and low tension electrical systems. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability and safety of electrical operations and lead a team of technicians in maintaining and improving electrical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) electrical systems and operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical work.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HT and LT equipment.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve electrical issues.
- Prepare and maintain records of maintenance activities and reports.
- Train and mentor junior staff on HT and LT systems and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HT and LT electrical systems management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations in India.
- Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience with electrical system design and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
