HSES Co-ordinator

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Take a plant round to identify, control, and correct unsafe practices and unsafe acts.
• Make sure that personnel working inside the site follow the site's Work Permit System.
• Take part in the site incident investigation process.
• Participate in Site HSES budget and HSES improvement project discussions.
• Update site OE procedures as per the requirements.
• Implement HSES training programs and awareness communications.
• Manage the hazardous waste disposal process.
• Co-ordinate the environmental testing and reporting process.
• Support GSD and OCS events celebration at the site.
• Issue Purchase Requisition for HSES-related works.
• Providing PPE to departments and maintaining monthly stock.
  
  

Education

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Minimum university degree holder preferred;
• Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety and Health issued by the Directorate of Industries (Preferred)
  
  

Work Experience

• 1+ year experience in a similar position in Automotive/chemical manufacturing or environment or industries with a focus on Safety consciousness.
  
  

Skills

Excellent communication skills and computer skills.

Languages

Fluent in spoken & written English; Should speak Hindi, working knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage
