Job Title: HSE- Wind

We are currently seeking a dedicated HSE- Wind professional to join our team. As the HSE- Wind, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for wind energy projects
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) designation preferred
• Experience working in the wind energy industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees on safety protocols
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management within the wind industry
• Strong knowledge of local and federal regulations related to health, safety, and environmental practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) designation preferred
