About SLB India Technology Center

About Role
- Responsible for HSE activities in all the three Centers-STSI , PUTC and PITC.
- Liaise with local contractors and agencies regarding HSE.
- Prepare and monitor HSE plans to define how the HSE Management System is implemented at location level.
- Keep abreast of any new documentation and training material related to HSE and inform Management accordingly.
- Ensure that the relevant HSE documentation is updated and available on the site.
- Advise management on the level of compliance of the local HSE program with SLB, local and national requirements/regulations.
- Regularly review QUEST to identify HSE trends and coordinate necessary actions.
- Ensure all location specific HSE risks are identified, assessed and that appropriate risk management plans are implemented.
- Handle grievances or complaints and disciplining employees from HSE perspective.
- Liase with Geounit HSE to finalize Pune HSE KPO's and perform quarterly reviews with Pune management teams.
- Assist management in reducing accidents year on year.
- Ensure HSE training is provided to all personnel, including contractors, to meet minimum and job-related training.
- Assist in the audit program and verify compliance with company standards using appropriate checklists.
- 4 to 7/8 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Experience in documentation, audits, training, and compliance
- Engineering background is preferred.
