Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on HSE practices and regulations.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and incident reports.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
