Role Description The HSE Head (Data Center and Construction) will lead Health, Safety, and Environment strategy and operations for data center and construction projects in Gujarat, India. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans aligned with local regulations and industry best practices. The HSE Head will conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits, and oversee incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. The role includes planning and delivering HSE training programs, promoting safety culture across teams, and coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance. The HSE Head will also maintain accurate documentation, support certifications and licensing, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety for data center and construction environments.
- Knowledge of Environmental Awareness and Occupational Health, including regulatory standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective Training programs on HSE topics for diverse project teams.
- Experience leading HSE operations for large construction or infrastructure projects, preferably including data centers.
- Familiarity with Indian safety regulations, licensing, certification processes, and audit requirements.
- Ability to perform risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to influence safety culture on-site.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field; professional HSE certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of HSE management systems and tools.
