Job Description
The HSE Engineer-1 will support Honeywell Automation India Limited-Service Operations in India South, ensuring effective implementation and compliance of the Honeywell Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System across service and customer sites. This is a field-oriented role focused on audits, contractor safety, digital HSE initiatives, process excellence, PPE management, and training of contract resources through both remote and on-site modes, aligned with BA India and global HSE requirements.

Contract & Work Details
- Contract Duration: 2–5 Years
- Experience Required: 1–3 Years
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Honeywell HSE standards at service and customer sites in Hyderabad.
- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory HSE requirements, Honeywell global standards, and ISO 45001.
- Conduct 3–4 HSE reviews per week at service and installation sites.
- Perform on-site and remote contract HSE audits using global audit protocols.
- Support and drive digital HSE initiatives, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Plan and deliver HSE training for contract resources through online platforms and on-site sessions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and task-based safety briefings.
- Support PPE inventory management and usage compliance.
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and training records.
- Ensure mandatory on-site HSE visits every Saturday.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
