We are now looking for a professional who is able to take the position of HRXP Technology Service Owner for Compensation within the HRXP Organization. Your role will be to manage technology element in the Compensation Experience, manage supplier(s) and their scope of service, mainly in the space of applications development and maintenance.

This role reports to HRXP Technology Senior Service Owner.

Work model: hybrid (#LI hybrid)

Responsibilities

Accountable for managing the technology service for Compensation Experience. Ensures all technical execution activities are implemented.

  • Works with Experience Lead and Application Owner, and provide consultancy for all matters concerning technology and IS processes. Acts as IS escalation point when needed.
  • Supports in building product roadmaps within the HRXP Compensation space and translates it into IS tasks (CRs, projects, M&As, etc.) executed internally and with support by supplier(s).
  • Contributes in delivery of HRXP Compensation Experience objectives, including identification of
    opportunities to optimize and improve relevant IS services.
  • Accountable for the IS capabilities within Compensation Experience, like business analysis, solution architecture and operations management.
  • Provides technical assessment for new demand and other changes, mainly for non-Workday landscape.
  • Acts as the connection to other HRXP IS teams and ABB IS organization in general (e.g.
    Security/Integrations.
  • Owns IS governance within the Experience, including KPI/SLA monitoring, performance reporting, and vendor management to ensure delivery meets agreed standards and expectations.
  • Supports to manage the budget, including forecasting, monthly cost control, and sourcing activities, ensuring financial alignment with contract(s) and organizational targets.

Qualifications

To thrive and lead effectively in this critical role, you should bring the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IS area, especially within application and IT system lifecycle, IS Service Management.
  • ITIL foundation (version 4 or 5) certification, other ITIL and Lean certifications are nice to have.
  • Senior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Good knowledge of IS Service Management, Vendor Management, and service performance (KPIs, SLAs).
  • Experience working with global teams and external vendors in distributed delivery models.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Leadership and Collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT financials, budget management, and cost control.
  • Nice to have - experience in IS delivery for HR Function/Business.
