About the Role

• Lead, Shared Services (US, UK, Europe)
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Shared Services operations in the US, UK, and Europe, aligned with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for operational excellence, cost reduction.
• Implement innovative solutions to drive business performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8-18 years of experience in shared services, operations, or a similar role.

Required Skills

• Lead, Shared Services (US, UK, Europe) Qualifications and Experience
• Deep understanidng on US Region Specific terminologies like: FLSA Auditing, FMLA & Leave Intake,Social Security Numbers (SSN) ,Work Authorization etc
• Open for Night Shift overlaps to support US Region.
• Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
• Deep understanding of financial management and budgeting principles. •
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in a multinational or global organization.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology.
