Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to design, build, and support integrations between ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise HR/IT systems. The role focuses on automating employee lifecycle processes and ensuring reliable data exchange using APIs, middleware, and ServiceNow integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop integrations for ServiceNow HRSD using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Scripted APIs.

Integrate HRSD with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud.

Build inbound and outbound data flows for employee data sync, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and identity systems.

Develop and maintain Integration Hub spokes, MID Server configurations, and secure credential management.

Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms for integrations.

Collaborate with HR, ITSM, and security teams to gather integration requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues (L2/L3 support).

Ensure data security, compliance, and performance of integrations.

Prepare technical design documents and integration runbooks.

Required Skills

Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Integration Hub.

Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, Basic Auth.

Experience with Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, and MID Server.

Experience integrating with HRIS systems (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM).

Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, terminate).

Good scripting knowledge in JavaScript (ServiceNow server/client scripts).

Understanding of LDAP/Active Directory and email integrations.

Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring integrations.
