Position: HRO Pre-Sales / Solution Architect
Location: PAN India
Experience: 1015 years (including 45 years in Pre-Sales / Sales)
About Latinum
Latinum is seeking an experienced HRO Pre-Sales / Solution Architect who can build trusted relationships with sales teams and client stakeholders. This role will leverage HR domain expertise to support revenue growth across existing and new accounts by driving solutioning, client engagement, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support responses to RFx (RFP/RFI/RFQ) for HR solutions
- Present service propositions aligned to client requirements, creating strong client engagement
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Business teams to maintain and enhance sales collateral and documentation
- Participate in client workshops, due diligence, and process studies, including documentation development
- Work with technology and sales teams to develop internal tools and accelerators
- Create and manage content repositories including reusable assets, case studies, and capability presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, Commerce, or Arts

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing documentation
- Effective negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner
- Comfort working with ambiguous data and evolving requirements
- Strong data analytics capability and commercial acumen

- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Mandatory Experience
- Experience in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)
- Prior experience in a Pre-Sales or Solutioning role
- Hands-on exposure to HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP
- Understanding of current HR technologies and market trends
- Domain experience in at least one of the following industries: Retail, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing
