HRO : L&D : UK Payroll

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking an HRO - UK Payroll Team Member for a leading ITES company. This role involves managing end-to-end UK payroll processes, including salary adjustments, statutory compliance, and handling various employee pay components throughout their lifecycle. You'll be responsible for payroll input processing, tax and pension calculations, and supporting year-start/year-end activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and MS Office tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while resolving voice/email queries from clients or employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end UK payroll processing, including salary changes and various employee pay components from starter to leaver.
• Compliance & Calculations: Apply sound knowledge of UK payroll statutory compliances, accurately calculate Tax and Pensions.
• Annual & Testing Activities: Be familiar with and actively participate in year-start/year-end activities as well as UAT/UVT as required.
• Query Resolution: Handle voice and email queries from clients, customers, and employees effectively and professionally.
• Reporting: Produce various payroll reports for stakeholders.
• Data Handling: Process various payroll inputs and handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on payroll checks and be a flexible team player to ensure SLA/KPI achievement.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in UK payroll processing.
• Skills:
• Good working experience in SAP and MS Office Excel, Word, PPT.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to read, comprehend, and respond to emails.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Compliance Knowledge: Experience in ITAR, NRC.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
