HRO – German Language
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Bangalore – Work from Office
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in HRO / HR Operations / L&D / HR Shared Services / Back-office Operations
- German language proficiency – B1/B2 certification mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication in German & English
- Knowledge of HR/L&D processes preferred
- MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Strong coordination, attention to detail and process orientation
- HR systems/Learning platforms exposure is an advantage
