We are seeking experienced Oracle HRMS Technical Consultants with strong expertise in Payroll Integration to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Applications, with a primary focus on Payroll and Core HR modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle HRMS Applications R12.
- Work extensively on Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, and HRMS Data Conversions.
- Develop and customize solutions using PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Interfaces.
- Create and maintain XML/RDF Reports and support HRMS-related data conversions.
- Handle Payroll Processing including Prepayment, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
- Perform extensions, customizations, and personalizations as per business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (R12).
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management
- PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, XML/RDF Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Interfaces
- Proven expertise in Payroll Integration and Processing.
- Strong programming skills in SQL & PL/SQL (Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers).
- Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership for HRMS projects.
