Responsibilities

You responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of the Darwin box HRMS platform, covering day‑to‑day operations, system stability, and ongoing implementations/enhancements.

  • Lead configuration, optimization, and support across all Darwin box modules, including:
    • Core HR & Employee Master, Org Structure & Position Management, Attendance, Leave & Shift Management
    • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Performance Management (PMS / OKRs)
    • Learning Management (LMS)
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Payroll / Payroll Integrations (as applicable)
    • Travel & Expense
    • Talent, Succession & Engagement
    • Workflows, Reports & Analytics etc.
  • Manage incidents, issues, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead data migration, validation, UAT, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
  • Manage integrations with payroll, ERP/Finance, IAM (e.g., Azure AD), biometric systems and Tarvel Portal
  • Ensure data security, access controls, audit readiness, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary interface with Darwin box vendor and implementation partners, managing SLAs and deliveries.
Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HRMS experience with strong hands‑on Darwin box expertise.
  • Proven experience managing day‑to‑day HRMS operations and implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, integrations, and enterprise governance.
  • Solid project management experience in large‑scale HR digital programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
  • Experience in GCC/shared services environments
  • Ideally hold any of PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications
