We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HRMIS executive to manage and support our HR data systems and employee information processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate HR reporting, maintaining HR databases, supporting HR operations, and assisting management with data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent knowledge of HR processes, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and monitor HRMIS systems and employee databases
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS reports for management
- Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave tracking
- Prepare ESIC & PF Challans and ensure timely payment for the same
- Ensure data accuracy, validate employee information, and coordinate with HR and other departments for timely updates
- Assist in generating dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations for HR reviews
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and HR policy implementation
- Troubleshoot HRMIS issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system-related concerns
