Position: HRM Apprentice

Role Overview: As an Apprentice, the person will support our Human resource management teams across end to end HR activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and internal databases, Onboarding activities.
• Handle HR operations tasks and coordinate with team members for the same.
• Maintain accurate data in the system.
• Assist in data analysis and representation of data using Power BI tool

Required Skills:

• Good verbal & written communication and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI Tool
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in HR, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Qualification: Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or related field.

Shift timings - 9.30am To 6.15pm

Working days - Monday to Friday
