Job Description

Summary:

This role is primarily focused on managing global HR systems operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient resolution of service requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate global HRIS support (incidents, requests, enhancements).
  • Ensure SLA adherence and maintain service quality.
  • Manage and follow up with external AMS providers.
  • Act as the main contact for escalations and service coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and operational processes.
  • Validate operational readiness during Build-to-Run transitions.
  • Communicate and report to stakeholders (HR, IT, leadership).
  • Drive continuous improvement of service delivery and processes.

Must Haves:

  • 5–8 years of experience in HRIS support or operations.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (including LMS).
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing external providers / AMS.
  • Exposure to global environments (multi-country stakeholders).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in SLA-driven support models.

Nice to Have:

  • Build-to-Run / hyper care experience.
  • ITIL knowledge (incident/change/problem management).
  • Familiarity with HR analytics or reporting tools.
