Summary:
This role is primarily focused on managing global HR systems operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient resolution of service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global HRIS support (incidents, requests, enhancements).
- Ensure SLA adherence and maintain service quality.
- Manage and follow up with external AMS providers.
- Act as the main contact for escalations and service coordination.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and operational processes.
- Validate operational readiness during Build-to-Run transitions.
- Communicate and report to stakeholders (HR, IT, leadership).
- Drive continuous improvement of service delivery and processes.
Must Haves:
- 5–8 years of experience in HRIS support or operations.
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (including LMS).
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Proven experience managing external providers / AMS.
- Exposure to global environments (multi-country stakeholders).
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in SLA-driven support models.
Nice to Have:
- Build-to-Run / hyper care experience.
- ITIL knowledge (incident/change/problem management).
- Familiarity with HR analytics or reporting tools.
