Your Role

As Technical HRIS Analyst with Firmwide Human Resources team, you will be an integral part of growing and managing HRIS Team, working on design and maintenance of the company's Human Resources Information System (Workday), several technology platforms associated with payroll, compensation, benefits, on-boarding, applicant tracking, talent management, and the new hire process. You will liaison with the Regional HR team, Payroll, Finance and other teams in the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Participates in technology planning with business client and senior systems management.

  • Implement third party integrations on requirements like EIB's, Core Connectors - PECI, PICOF, XSLT, Workday Studio and BIRT reporting.

  • Thorough understanding and hands on experience of Workday REST and SOAP APIs

  • Participate in Workday HCM implementation providing support on compiling historical data and validating data accuracy, conducting testing on business processes, custom reports and dashboards

  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly or ad-hoc custom / advance reports on integration updates

  • Able to troubleshoot and update all / any integration issues

  • Maintain all existing integrations and work on new enhancements for integrations as per business needs

  • Contribute to identifying process needs, designing and implementing plans

  • Contribute to identify process improvements and automation opportunities and implement solutions using Workday Integration tools and methodology

  • Assigns responsibilities, identifies needed resources, and develops and executes project plans to achieve project success criteria

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years Technical HRIS experience with increasing responsibility

  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience within Workday

  • Be the SME on all Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, PECI, PICOF,DT, XSLT, CFs, Workday Web Services API, Cloud Connect, RaaS, BIRT reporting.

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Assist with Workday HCM Integration including design, development and testing based on solid understanding of the Workday Business Object Model

  • Work individually or within project teams and participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support

  • Demonstrate Workday knowledge of Core HR, Third Party Payroll, Benefit, Talent, Compensation and ATS

  • Ability to provide accurate delivery timelines for assigned work and deliver on time

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as necessary

  • Stay informed of changes to integrations as a result of Workday updates and determine impact

  • Regression testing of integrations during Workday system updates/upgrades and annual processes

  • Ability to create technical documentation and change logs

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Team player with the ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment

  • Assist with all aspects of data integrations/interfaces with various vendors and other internal systems Manage and own end-to-end testing with various vendors, Workday-partner, internal system owners

  • Responsible for developing integrations focused on data quality and integrity, which can scale based on growing needs of the organization

  • Extract data using Workday using custom reports, employing calculated fields and transformations

  • Integration and Studio Workday Certification Desirable but Not Required.
