Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Migration Support:
- Collaborate with HRIS project teams to map recruitment workflows, data fields, and integrations.
- Assist in data cleansing, validation, and migration of recruitment-related data (e.g., candidate profiles, requisitions, pipelines).
- Test recruitment modules in the new HRIS for accuracy and functionality.
- Provide feedback to the HRIS implementation team to improve system usability for recruiters and hiring managers.
Change Management & Training:
- Train recruiters and hiring managers on the new HRIS recruitment module.
- Develop user guides and SOPs for post-migration recruitment operations.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and user support during the transition period.
Recruitment Operations:
- Support with end-to-end recruitment processes during HRIS transition, ensuring continuity in hiring activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in both legacy and new HRIS systems.
- Support job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management within the new HRIS.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
- Prior involvement in HRIS implementation, migration, or process optimization projects is preferred.
- Strong data management and Excel/reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
