We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Business Systems Analyst supporting global HR, Payroll application landscape which includes Workday, ADP, CloudPay, Fidelity. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the HCM technology platform. Including managing and migrating from SuccessFactors and ICIMS platforms. The position functions as the Subject Matter Expert or Super User and has deep working knowledge and technical expertise with Workday HCM, Recruiting & Global Benefits. The Sr. HRIS Business Systems Analyst works heavily with all Workday applications and modules, configuration development, along with Workday Prism, reporting, and dashboards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the support team, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities -

  • Develop and maintain Integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, Extend, and other tools.
  • Develop and deploy additional functionality within Workday utilizing Workday Extend.
  • Engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Develop documentation for newly created Applications, including user guides, specifications and procedures.
  • Support internal teams to use newly implemented functionality with some knowledge transfer and training.
  • Support & Develop integrations of various types such as third-party payroll, PECI/PICOF, API calls, Connectors, EIBs and Studios, third-party internal and external systems like Ceridian.
  • Strong configuration in Workday business processes, Custom reports, EIB Inbounds, Security, Alerts and Notifications related to Integrations.
  • Discover, Design and Develop new Integrations and report requests through the Jira queue.
  • Ownership and accountability of both Quality and RUN responsibilities about all workday-related projects.
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues and help prioritize against existing backlog based on severity and impact.
  • Be able to easily put on your business analyst hat if needed and advise business for the best workday practice.
  • Prior Experience integrating Workday with CloudPay, ADP Workforce Now, PayBooks is a plus.
  • Hands-on-Experience with any AI (Google Gemini, Azure AI) or Automation Tool (Workato, Boomi) is strong plus.

Python skills desired.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and knowledge required.
  • 4+ years of HRIS technical experience. Must have extensive experience and working knowledge related to Workday and Workday Prism, system design, Workday calculated fields, complex Workday configurations, business processes, dashboard development. Strong reporting skills are needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, implementing or operating Workday HCM
  • Extensive working knowledge of Workday: HCM, Recruitment, Global Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of broad Human Resource systems and data flow.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and team standards.
