Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our global HRIS team as an HRIS Analyst. You'll be involved in day-to-day setup and maintenance activities in Oracle HCM and provide first-level support to HR teams globally. Responsibilities

  • Perform setup and maintenance activities in HR system.
  • Provide support to HR teams globally to address inquiries and resolve various HR system-related issues.
  • Maintain and update user guides for employee, manager, and HR system transactions.
  • Prepare documentation for Oracle quarterly upgrades and carry out upgrade testing.
  • Track and manage service/support requests submitted to our HR system vendor.
  • Contribute to projects through testing, configurations deployment, and documentation creation.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy.
  • Comfortable communicating in English with global teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for exploring new digital tools and features.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals.
  • Previous experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud or other HCM systems.
  • Exposure to HR processes and systems in a corporate environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
