Job Description:
Act as a strategic HR partner for Central Functions (Corporate Service & Experience Management, Finance, IT Support, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition) and provide additional support to Sales. Align people strategy with business priorities, drive performance, capability building, engagement, and culture for approx 100 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals
Drive talent planning, succession, retention, and internal mobility
Own performance management cycles and coach managers on quality conversations
Drive engagement initiatives and improve employee experience & eNPS
Lead change initiatives and culture adoption
Manage employee relations and ensure policy compliance
Use HR data to provide insights and recommendation
